Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods or around events, dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout: 0-100g: £2.95 100g-1kg: £4.50 1kg-2kg: £6.50 Over 2kg: £8.50

All orders are sent tracked for your peace of mind.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at returns@thescruffycat.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
