Refund policy

We want you to love your Scruffy Cat purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel and return an item. To start a return, please email us at: returns@thescruffycat.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if items are returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at: returns@thescruffycat.co.uk with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
